Amy Francis

Clinical Audiologist
Amy is an Audiology Australia Accredited Audiologist with a background in paediatric diagnostic hearing assessment as well as cochlear implant work-up and rehabilitation.
Amy has worked in numerous clinical settings including hospitals, private practice and not-for-profit.
When not working Amy loves to swim, get outdoors, walk her two spoilt Miniature Pinschers, and eat all the fabulous food that her husband cooks.

Niall Jefferson

ENT Surgeon
Newcastle Hearing Centre is under the directorship of Ear Nose and Throat surgeon Dr Niall Jefferson. Dr Jefferson’s private ENT practice is located in the same building as the Newcastle Hearing Centre.
